We have worked with NVINT since 2013 on successive IT infrastructure projects that include private cloud implementations with dedicated hardware and colocation services. These projects have been 100% successful. NVINT has provided knowledgeable consulting advice, as well as highly responsive implementation services. Kyle, as the project team lead, has proven to be very reliable getting the projects completed on time and as promised. I feel that NVINT understands our business and realizes that the success of our IT projects directly correlates to success in our business.
We've bought products from NVINT for about 3 years now. Just recently, however, we've embarked on a major project to overhaul our old Dell servers. We reached out to multiple companies to help us migrate off of old hardware, and provide a world class disaster recovery plan. After calling NVINT, Patrick came and learned about our company and our needs, and provided multiple thoughtful options. Where other companies had been using "tunnel vision" to solve our issues, Patrick at NVINT proposed solutions that looked at our current and future states, and offered a road map for our future growth. We've been very happy with NVINT and will continue to partner with them in the future.
I have been in the computer industry for well over 20 years and I can’t remember a single company that is easier to deal with than NVINT. Everyone I have been in contact with has been very polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The entire process was extremely smooth with amazingly quick response times and the technical support has been fantastic! I can sleep comfortably at night knowing they are keeping an eye on my backup data so I don’t have to. I would highly recommend any service that NVINT offers!
We've hosted Tourneytopia.com at NVINT for over 7 years now, and every March Madness our traffic continues to spike higher and higher. Our servers barely flinch and the performance has been amazing! This year, we peaked at an average of one March Madness bracket created every two seconds for well over an hour, and you couldn't even tell the site was under a load.
